Between them, this group builds revenue systems, has run dealership and restaurant operations, works through policy and regulation, shapes reputations, leads customer experience, and coaches founder-led teams. The topics below are the ones we have proposed for each guest. They will make them their own on Friday.

Hashim Ali, Founder & CEO, Revenue Systems Group#

Hashim builds CRM architecture, forecasting, and go-to-market process for B2B SaaS companies scaling from $5M toward $50M ARR. Before founding Revenue Systems Group, he was VP of Revenue Operations at PatientIQ.

Proposed topic: growth problems that are really systems problems. CRM, forecasting, and data a team can trust.

Floris Chaumat, Founder & CEO, Tradora#

Floris is building an AI vehicle ownership platform that connects a car's value, equity, service, and protection for drivers and dealers. Before Tradora, he led dealership operations across multiple rooftops and teams of nearly 200 people.

Proposed topic: turning a one-time sale into a customer relationship that keeps going, and what AI changes for dealers.

Nathaniel Robinson, Founder & CEO, FrontlineQSR#

Nathaniel has spent nearly three decades in QSR operations and frontline leadership. FrontlineQSR builds execution intelligence for multi-unit restaurant operators, so leaders can spot operational drift before it shows up in financial results.

Proposed topic: seeing operational problems before they become P&L problems, and what Clarity Before Scale means for multi-unit restaurants.

Jeff Guillot, Founder & CEO, Guillot Consulting#

Jeff builds government relations and strategic change management for companies navigating public policy and regulation. He was previously a founding partner of Millennial Strategies, a New York governmental affairs firm.

Proposed topic: when policy has not caught up yet. How operators get access, process, and execution in regulated spaces.

Michael Shmarak, President, POETIQ#

Michael is a Chicago-area communications strategist who works across paid, owned, and earned content for brands and agencies. He previously built DKC's Chicago office and worked at Digitas North America.

Proposed topic: getting noticed on purpose. How operators turn paid, owned, and earned content into a reputation that brings in customers and talent.

Diane Magers, Founder & CEO, Experience Catalysts#

Diane is an experience management advisor and coach. She is former CEO and Chair Emeritus of the Customer Experience Professionals Association, co-author of Experience Rules!, and Professor of Practice at Michigan State.

Proposed topic: experience as an operating system. Aligning customers and employees so the experience drives growth.

Nick Musica, Executive Coach#

Nick coaches founders, executives, and leadership teams in founder-led companies on alignment, communication, and accountability. He built his own company before he started coaching.

Proposed topic: leading founder-led teams through change. Alignment, communication, and operating cadence.

Why we run it live#

Most of what Rocket shares is written: the Job Index, the blog, and our emails. A live room does something a page cannot. You hear how people actually do the work, you can ask, and you see who else showed up. When people meet people, better work follows.

How to be ready#

  1. Sign in to Rocket today. Go to rocket.hirefreely.co/townhall and confirm you can get in. It takes a minute, and it is much better to find a password problem today than at 8:59am Friday.
  2. Forgot your password? Reset it here.
  3. Put it on your calendar. Friday, October 16, 2026, 9:00 to 10:00am ET.
  4. Join from the Rocket app. The join link lives in the app, and we will email it again Friday morning.

See you Friday#

Seven guests, one hour, live. Check your login now so you are ready when the room opens.
