A senior title can mean three different jobs depending on the company. A named skill with an artifact means one thing. Stack small proofs and the market can underwrite you without decoding your last employer politics.

If you hire, rewrite the first screen of your pipeline around skill demos. If you sell your time, publish one artifact tied to today's lead skill and ask for introductions where that skill is already budgeted. Repeat until the chain is obvious.
